66 Squadron
A nameplate, 66 SQUADRON, with BATTLE OF BRITAIN CLASS appendage below, from the (Southern Railway) Bulleid light pacific 4-6-2 No 34110, the last of the class built at Brighton in January 1951 and the only one not to receive an enamel badge. Allocated new to Bournemouth on 26 January 1951, it moved by January 1959 to Exmouth Junction from where it was withdrawn in the week ending 9 November 1963 and cut up at Eastleigh Works. Cast brass, 54½" long, the front repainted. £8000-12000
