Andrew Barclay 2141, 1942
A worksplate, ANDREW BARCLAY 2141 of 1942 from a standard gauge 0-4-0 saddle tank new to the Ministry of Supply for use at Stanton Ironworks Co Ltd. Stanton Gate Foundry, Derbyshire and numbered S.G.F. No 36. Later taken over by Stanton Ironworks Co Ltd. and renamed STANTON No 36. Scrapped around 1966. Cast brass, 16¾"x11¾", ex loco condition. £150-300
 This lot sold for £440 to bidder number 988.
