| Lot 24 | A (GWR) cabside numberplate, 1660, from a 1600 Class 0-6-0PT built at Swindon and allocated new on 23 February 1955 to Croes Newydd where it spent all its working life until withdrawal on 22 February 1966. It was sold for scrap to Cashmores at Great Bridge, entering their yard on 26 September 1966. Cast brass, the front repainted. £500-800 |
