| Lot 359 | A worksplate, VULCAN FOUNDRY, 4190, 1927, from a LMS Class 3F 0-6-0T originally numbered 16571, renumbered 7488 in 1934, becoming BR 47488. Allocated to Devons Road by January 1935, where it remained until moving in October 1957 to Edge Hill from where it was withdrawn in the week ending 1 December 1962 and sold for scrap to Cashmores at Great Bridge. Cast brass, 9"x5¼", the front lightly cleaned. £150-300 |
