| Lot 317 | A GWR cabside numberplate, 6663, from a 5600 Class 0-6-2T built by Armstrong Whitworth, Works No 951, in September 1928. Allocated to Ebbw Junction by January 1948 and later Pontypool Road, Aberbeeg, Cardiff Canton, Stourbridge and Leamington from where it was withdrawn on 24 June 1963 and sold for scrap to Cashmores at Great Bridge. Cast brass, the front repainted. £500-800 |
