| Lot 33 | A worksplate, SHARP STEWART, 4047, 1894, from a Barry Railway B1 Class 0-6-2T No 76 built in December 1894. After the Railway and its locos was absorbed by the GWR in 1922, it became GWR No 258. At Cardiff Cathays by January 1948 and then Barry from where it was withdrawn on 24 November 1949 and cut up at Swindon Works by 16 May 1953. Cast brass, 9¾"x6", the front repainted, the back stamped 258. £400-600 |
