| Lot 212 | A worksplate, PECKETT, 1586 of 1922, from a standard gauge Class X2 0-6-0ST which went new to Newdigate Colliery (1914) Ltd, Newdigate, Bedworth, near Nuneaton Warwickshire as their No 3. Passed with the colliery to the NCB in January 1947 and scrapped on site by George Cohen, Sons & Co. Ltd. in June 1968. Engraved brass, 12"x8½", the front lightly polished. £150-300 |
