| Lot 453 | A worksplate, HUNSLET ENGINE Co, 2081, 1940, together with owners plate D.A.C. from a standard gauge 0-6-0ST new to Doncaster Amalgamated Collieries Ltd, at Hickleton Main Colliery, Thurnscoe, near Doncaster. Taken over by the NCB in January 1947 and numbered 33. Scrapped between July and October 1969. Cast brass, the worksplate 11½"x8", the owners plate 16"x6 1/2", in ex loco condition. (2) £200-350 |
