| Lot 204 | A tenderplate, LONDON & NORTH EASTERN RAILWAY, 8756, DARLINGTON, 1919, from a tender coupled new with a North Eastern Railway Class T2 0-8-0 No 2243 built at Darlington in May 1919. It became LNER Q6 Class, still No 2243, and was renumbered 3400 in 1956, becoming BR 63400. Exchanges of tenders did, however, occur quite frequently during the life of a tender.
