| Lot 187 | A Mountsorrel Railway notice, NO ROAD. The company's quarry line ran from Swithland Sidings on the GCR main line north of Leicester to Barrow on the Midland main line to the east. This is the only example known, possibly a unique survivor. Enamel, 24"x15", two face chips and some edge chipping affecting the first two letters. £300-400 |
