| Lot 354 | An Irish cabside numberplate, GSR, 207, INCHICORE, 1887, from a Great Southern Railway Class 207 0-6-0T, the first of the class built at the Company's Inchicore Works in Dublin. It became part of the Irish State Railways, Coras Iompair Eireann (CIE), in 1945, their 201 Class, still No 207, and was withdrawn in 1959. Cast iron, 25¾"x10¾", in ex loco condition. £700-1000 |
