| Lot 29 | A smokebox numberplate, 61072, from a LNER B1 Class 4-6-0 No 1072 built by the North British Locomotive Co, Works No 25828, in September 1946. Always based in Scotland, it was allocated to Haymarket by January 1948 and later Thornton Junction, Dunfermline, Aberdeen Ferryhill and Dundee Tay Bridge from where it was withdrawn on 1 May 1967 and despatched for scrap to Motherwell Machinery & Scrap at Wishaw on 19 August 1967.
