| Lot 211 | A smokebox numberplate, 3608, from a GWR 8750 Class 0-6-0PT built at Swindon in February 1939. Allocated to Oxford by January 1948 where it remained until moving to Slough in August 1958 and later Old Oak Common and Southall from where it was withdrawn in the week ending 12 June 1965 and despatched for scrap to T.W. Ward at Briton Ferry on 10 August 1965. Ex loco condition. £300-400 |
