| Lot 485 | A smokebox numberplate, 5549, from a GWR 4500 Class 2-6-2T built at Swindon in October 1928. A long time Neyland engine, it was withdrawn from there on 8 January 1962 and sold for scrap to Cashmores at Newport on 27 March 1962. Ex loco condition. £250-400 |
