| Lot 324 | A GWR cabside numberplate, 5666, from a 5600 Class 0-6-2T built at Swindon in June 1926. A long time Merthyr engine, it was withdrawn from there in the week ending 13 July 1963 and sold for scrap to Cashmores at Newport on 7 November 1963. Cast iron, repainted. £300-500 |
