| Lot 272 | A shedplate 87E Landore (1949 until closed to steam in June 1961). This ex GWR shed had 70 locos on its books at the end of the 1950s, which included 20 Castles. Upon closure the depot was demolished and a purpose built diesel depot opened in 1963, when some locos carried these plates before the introduction of alloy examples. The front cleaned and the background repainted. £100-200 |
