| Lot 390 | A smokebox numberplate, 44348, from a LMS Class 4F 0-6-0 No 4348 built by Kerr Stuart, Works No 4376, in 1927, becoming BR 44348. At Longsight by January 1935, its later sheds included Alsager, Devons Road, Watford and Workington from where it was withdrawn in the week ending 18 July 1964 and despatched for scrap to J.N. Connell at Coatbridge on 28 November 1964. Ex loco condition. £300-500 |
