| Lot 8 | Worksplates (Steam)Beyer Peacock 7351 1950 (RR 399)A worksplate, BEYER PEACOCK, 7351, 1950, from a 3ft 6ins gauge Rhodesia Railways Class 15A 4-6-4+4-6-4 Garratt No 399, the first of a batch sent to Beira. It was still in service at Bulawayo in 1978 and last used in 1981. Cast brass 10½"x6½", the front repainted, the back in original condition other than the loco number 399 on the raised block being cleaned. £150-300 |
