| Lot 498 | A worksplate, ANDREW BARCLAY, 898, 1901, from a standard gauge 0-4-0ST new to Wilsons & Clyde Coal Co. Ltd, Glencraig Colliery, near Lochgelly, Fife, running number 3. Passed with the colliery to the NCB on 1st January 1947 and subsequently worked at a number of other collieries in Fife with the running number 49, finishing its days at Mary Colliery, Lochore. Scrapped on site July 1968 by J. Weaver & Co. Ltd. Cast brass, 16¾"x9¾", cleaned but unpainted. £150-300 |
