A worksplate, HUDSWELL, CLARKE, 1198, 1916 from a standard gauge 0-4-0ST new to Earl Fitzwilliam’s Coke Ovens and By-Products Plant at Lower Stubbin Colliery, Yorkshire West Riding, named KITCHENER. Later became South Yorkshire Chemical Works Ltd, Parkgate, Rotherham. Scrapped around 1966. Engraved brass, 12¾"x8¼", the front polished. £100-200 |
