A signal box nameboard, BRAUNSTON CROSSING. The box was just south east of Oakham station on the Leicester to Peterborough route. The wooden board was replaced with a BR(M) enamel sign in the 1950s. Wood with cast letters, 55½"x19', original condition. £250-400 |
