| Lot 375 | A worksplate, No 61389, 1951, from a (LNER) B1 Class 4-6-0 No 61389 built by the North British Locomotive Co, Works No 26848, and allocated new to New England on 30 November 1951. Its later sheds were Grantham, Doncaster, Immingham and Frodingham from where it was withdrawn on 14 November 1965 and sold for scrap to Drapers at Hull. Engraved brass, £200-350 |
