	A presentation brass standard lamp given to H A Ivattt on his retirement in Feb 1912 by the Enginemen, Firemen and Cleaners. An exceptionally decorative design with three legs supporting the engraved brass panel bearing the inscription and two further embossed panels showing an Ivatt Atlantic locomotive and the frontage of Kings Cross station. Above are embossed brass roundels bearing the GNR monogram. An important and unique item, overall height 56". The lamp is illustrated without a shade, as latterly it had one of 1970s style. We believe it would originally have had a white glass globe and a modern example of such a globe is provided if required. £900-1200
