| Lot 239 | A nameplate, CLAN MACKINTOSH, from the BR Standard Class 6 4-6-2 No 72007 built at Crewe and allocated new on 4 March 1952 to Carlisle Kingmoor where it spent all its working life. Withdrawn from Kingmoor in the week ending 4 December 1965, it was sold for scrap to Campbells at Airdrie. Cast brass, length 57½", in ex loco condition. £12000-15000 |
