| Lot 211 | A worksplate, LMS BUILT 1884 ST ROLLOX. Locos built by the Caledonian Railway at its St Rollox Works in 1884 were 294 Class 0-6-0 Nos 353 and 354 which became LMS Nos 17250 and 17251 and BR 57250 and 57251. Also built that year were 171 Class 0-4-4T which became LMS in the 151XX series but were all withdrawn by 1945. Cast brass, 10½"x6", in ex loco condition. £200-350 |
