A South Eastern Railway ceremonial trowel presented to John Shaw, Manager and Secretary of the company, on laying the key brick of the new viaduct to extend the Greenwich line to Woolwich, October 6th 1874. Engraved hallmarked silver with polished bone handle. Length 12½". £500-800
