A nameplate, LECHLADE MANOR, from the (GWR) 7800 Manor Class 4-6-0 built at Swindon in December 1950 and named after the manor-house in the Gloucestershire town then occupied by an order of nuns. Allocated new to Croes Newydd on 15 December 1950 and then Carmarthen for eight years, Neyland and Reading from where it was withdrawn on 11 May 1964 and sold for scrap to Birds Commercial Motors at Risca on 18 August 1964.
