| Lot 164 | A worksplate, HUDSWELL, CLARKE, 1694, 1939, from a standard gauge 0-4-0ST new to Llanelly Steel Co (1907) Ltd, Llanelly, Carmarthenshire as No 9 MAUREEN. Dismantled in 1955 and the frames used to repair Hudswell Clarke 1424 at the same location. Boiler retained as a spare and the remainder scrapped May 1961. Engraved brass, 12¾"x8¼", the front lightly polished. £150-300 |
