| Lot 129 | A worksplate, LMS BUILT CREWE, 1936. Locos built at Crewe that year were the final sixty Jubilee Class 6P 4-6-0 Nos 5682-742 which became BR 45682-742 and just three Class 8F 2-8-0 Nos 8012-14 which became BR 48012-14, so this plate is highly likely to be from a Jubilee. Cast brass, 10½"x6", the front repainted. £250-400 |
