| Lot 380 | A smokebox numberplate, 52501, from a Furness Railway 1 Class 0-6-0 No 20 built by Kitson & Co, Works No 5196, in 1918 which became LMS Class 3F No 12501 and BR 52501. Allocated to Workington from 1935 until 1955 when it moved to Barrow and then Carnforth from where it was withdrawn on 27 June 1957 and cut up at Horwich Works on 2 August 1957. Ex loco condition. £350-500 |
