| Lot 81 | A smokebox numberplate, 44051, from a LMS Class 4F 0-6-0 No 4051 built at Derby in 1925, becoming BR 44051. A long time Cricklewood engine, it finished its days with brief stays at Kettering, Toton, Nottingham and Coalville from where it was withdrawn in December 1964 and sold for scrap to Cashmores at Great Bridge. The front repainted. £250-400 |
