| Lot 480 | A nameplate, KINETON, from a standard gauge 335hp 4wDH built by Thomas Hill (Rotherham) Ltd of Kilnhurst, their Steelman Royale type, Works No V332, in 1988 for the Ministry of Defence, MOD No 277. It went new to the Central Ammunition Depot at Kineton, Warwickshire on 22 September 1988 and was named after the local village. Following withdrawal it is believed to have gone to the Central Ordnance Depot, Bicester, Oxfordshire for disposal. Cast brass, 25"x5½", in ex loco condition. £300-500 |
