A worksplate, HUDSWELL, CLARKE, D1020, 1956, from a standard gauge 0-4-0 diesel-mechanical locomotive, which went new to John Summers & Sons Ltd, Shotton Steelworks, Flint, numbered 41. Rebuilt 1972 by Hudswell Badger, Leeds, as a 0-4-0 diesel-hydraulic locomotive. It was preserved for a period at Queensway Leisure Centre, Shotton, but subsequently scrapped around 1995. Engraved brass, 12½"x8", in ex loco condition. £100-200 |
