| Lot 184 | A smokebox numberplate, 44315, from a LMS Class 4F 0-6-0 No 4315 built at St Rollox in 1927. It spent most of its earlier working life in Scotland, before moving just south of the border to Carlisle Kingmoor and later Rugby, Stoke, Sutton Oak and Buxton from where it was withdrawn in the week ending 2 May 1964 and despatched for scrap to G. Slater at Beighton on 22 September 1964. Ex loco condition £300-500 |
