| Lot 473 | A worksplate, LMS, BUILT 1925, ST ROLLOX, from a LMS Class 4F 0-6-0 No 4181 which became BR 44181. It spent over twenty years at Carlisle Kingmoor before moving in November 1963 to Warrington Dallam from where it was withdrawn in the week ending 14 August 1965 and despatched for scrap to Birds Commercial Motors at Long Marston on 27 November 1965. Cast brass, 10½"x6", the front repainted. £150-300 |
