| Lot 448 | A GWR cabside numberplate, 6618, from a 5600 Class 0-6-2T built at Swindon in December 1927. A long time Cardiff Cathays engine, its later sheds were Radyr, Worcester and Tyseley from where it was withdrawn on 13 November 1963 and cut up at Swindon Works in the week ending 11 January 1964. Cast iron, the front repainted. £250-400 |
