A smokebox numberplate, 90063, from a War Department Austerity 2-8-0 built by the North British Locomotive Co, Works No 24911, in May 1944 to Ministry of Supply Order, WD No 70841. Loaned to the LNER in December 1945 and purchased by them in February 1947, their 07 Class No 3063, it became BR 63063 and 90063 in 1950. Following spells at St Margarets and Carlisle Canal, it moved in August 1950 to Spital Bridge where it spent nearly ten years before moving to March with a final six years at Doncaster from where it was withdrawn on 17 April 1966 and cut up by Drapers at Hull in the week ending 3 September 1966.
