A worksplate, LMS BUILT 1906, N B LOCO, from a Highland Railway Small Ben Class No 47 BEN A'BHUIRD built by the North British Locomotive Co, Works No 17400, in 1906, becoming LMS 14416. A long time Inverness loco, it just survived into BR days, withdrawn in the week ending 21 August 1948 and cut up immediately at Lochgorm Works. Cast brass, 10½"x6", the front repainted. £300-500 |
