A worksplate, DUBS, 4343, 1903, from a South Eastern & Chatham Railway D Class 4-4-0 No 501 built in May 1903, becoming SR 1501 and BR 31501. Allocated to Faversham by January 1948 and later Hither Green and Gillingham from where it was withdrawn in the week ending 14 March 1953 and subsequently scrapped. Cast brass, 13½"x5½", lightly cleaned, unpainted. £300-500 |
