| Lot 146 | A smokebox numberplate, 30503, from a London & South Western Railway S15 Class 4-6-0 No 503 built at Eastleigh in August 1920, retaining this number in SR days and becoming BR 30503. A long time Feltham engine, it was withdrawn from there in the week ending 22 June 1963 and cut up at Eastleigh Works in the week ending 5 October 1963. The front repainted. £400-600 |
