A ladder bar removed from the top of an Edinburgh and Northern Railway lamp post, bearing the company name on each side. The company was formed in 1845 the main route was between Burntisland and Tayport where ferries linked to Edinburgh and Dundee. The company became the Edinburgh Perth and Dundee Railway in 1849. Cast iron 26", repainted. £150-300 |
