| Lot 199 | A shedplate, 10F Wigan Lower Ince (May 1950 to March 1952), then Rose Grove (September 1963 to August 1968). The former GCR shed at Wigan, originally 13G, was home to just 12 LNER J10 0-6-0s. Rose Grove, the ex L&Y shed, formerly 24B in LMS and early BR days, had around 25 locos during this period, and was one of the final sheds operating at the close of steam. Repainted. £150-300 |
