A nameplate, WYKE HALL, from the (GWR) 6959 Modified Hall Class 4-6-0 No 7929, the last of the class built at Swindon in November 1950 and named after the Hall four miles north-west of Shaftesbury. Allocated new to Tyseley on 7 November 1950 where it spent most of its working life with spells at St Philips Marsh, Croes Newydd, St Blazey and Banbury before returning to Tyseley from where it was withdrawn in the week ending 21 August 1965 and sold for scrap to Birds Commercial Motors at Bridgend on 1 October 1965.
