| Lot 38 | A smokebox numberplate, 70012, from the BR Standard Class 7 Britannia 4-6-2 JOHN OF GAUNT built at Crewe and allocated new to Norwich on 21 May 1951 and later Stratford, Yarmouth South Town, March, Willesden, Crewe North, Crewe South, Llandudno Junction and Carlisle Kingmoor from where it was withdrawn in the week ending 30 December 1967 and despatched for scrap to T.W. Ward at Killamarsh on 21 March 1968. Ex loco condition. £1500-2000 |
