A worksplate, LONDON & NORTH EASTERN RAILWAY, 830, GORTON, 1926, from a LNER N7 Class 0-6-2T No 830 built at Gorton in March 1926, renumbered 9636 in 1946, becoming BR 69636. A long time Stratford engine, it was withdrawn from there on 24 November 1960 and cut up at the nearby Works. Cast brass, 9"x5", the front repainted. £400-600 |
