A shedplate 52F North and South Blyth (1949 to 1967). These two ex NER sheds on either side of the River Blyth had a combined total of around 40 locos during the 1950s. The South shed closed in May 1967 and the North shed followed in September of that year. Many will remember using the small ferry to get to the North Shed in order to save a long car journey!! The front repainted. £100-200 |
