Locos built by the Lancashire & Yorkshire Railway at Horwich in 1889 were 1093 Class 4-4-0s, all scrapped in the 1930s, 1008 Class 2-4-2T, some surviving into BR days numbered in the 506XX series, and 11 Class 0-6-0, some surviving into BR days numbered in the 52XXX series. Cast brass, 10½"x6", in ex loco condition. £250-400 |
