A nameplate CITY OF NEWCASTLE UPON TYNE from Class 43 43113 which was named at Newcastle Central station in April 1983. This plate was removed in March 1989 and eventually replaced in February 1993 with a black background and silver lettered plate. This was the first Inter City 125 power car to be named. Cast aluminium, length 45¼", the front repainted. £2000-3000 |
