| Lot 308 | A South African Railways cabside numberplate, 2105, 12AR, from a 3ft 6ins gauge SAR Class 12A 4-8-2 built by Henschel, Works No 21435, in 1929 for goods traffic. It was later re-boilered and re-classified as Class 12AR and the class were withdrawn by the mid 1980s. Cast brass, 20¾"x14½", in ex loco condition. £300-500 |
