An industrial locomotive nameplate SENTINEL, together with its matching worksplate SENTINEL 9547, from a 200HP standard gauge chain-drive Sentinel steam locomotive new in 1952 to Tunnel Portland Cement Co. Ltd, Pitstone Works, Ivinghoe, Buckinghamshire. Scrapped on site by R. Fenwick & Co. Ltd circa July 1967. Both cast brass, face restored and mounted on a wooden board painted in the locomotive's livery of dark green lined in black, overall 29½"x17½", the nameplate 26½"x8¾", the worksplate 5"x4".
